Exchange & Refund Policy

We trust you enjoy your Gnalla selections, but we understand that sometimes things may not proceed as anticipated. Our return procedure varies depending on whether the item(s) were acquired in-store or online.

Eligibility Period

We are pleased to facilitate exchanges or a store credit for all items that are undamaged and unworn. Items must reach us within 30 days from the date of your order. Kindly note that we do not provide complimentary returns.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

Certain items are exempt from refunds, including:

  • All sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period

Return Requirements

  • Items must be free from makeup, tan stains, perfume, or pet hair resulting from wear or try-on.
  • All tags must remain attached and untouched.
  • Items should not have been worn or damaged and must be in their original packaging.
  • Return parcels must include a reference to the order name or number (please fill in the returns card) for easy identification.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number when returning an item.
